Our membership includes nonbinary, genderqueer and gender fluid folks as well as trans women, trans men and our family, friends, and allies. Over the years our membership continues to change and evolve, and we continue to celebrate and nourish the incredible diversity within our community."

Tranzmission is a trans- and GNC-focused organization that offers educational trainings, name-change support, mental health support groups for youth and adults, and a list of trans-friendly resources in the area. They are based in Asheville, NC, but have some resources outside of their county.

No matter where they live, LGBT seniors have a place to call when they need peer-support, information and local resources. Many times our callers are very isolated, some in the closet or and in need of a caring, non-judgmental person to talk with.
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) National Senior Hotline provides seniors the ability to talk with our trained peer-support volunteers about issues including isolation, relationship concerns, bullying, family concerns, HIV/AIDS and much more.
We also provide local senior resource information for cities and towns across the United States.
